À l'aise is a residential supertall skyscraper owned by Morgenstern Corporation, consists of a 316.7 m (1,039 ft) tall apartment building with 1,105 apartments over 100 floors.
Construction of the revised Fender Katsalidis Architects–design by Brookfield Multiplex commenced in 2015, and was completed in 2020.

The residents would be automatically move to next level as long they are mingle and active (the Sky Lounge's residents would check the residents everyday for it).
There is one way to make you move to other level quickly, which is by join the game/event that held by the Sky Lounge's residents.
The maximum level which the resident can stay in is level 96-97, the type of apartment is penthouse.
RULES
We are ENGLISH BASED OPEN AGENCY with allow residents to speak 85% English and 15% other languages while all Sky Resident's residents would always speak English.

Hiatus system ; minimal 3 days - maximal 14 days
Unverification system ; inactive for 24 hours after got verified, inactivate for 3 days, inactivate for 24 hours after hiatus ends, deactivate the account without inform the Penthouse's residents, break rules for 3 times, inactive for 3 days after the account gets Locked/Suspended
Allow temporary swap (ts) for 3 days every 2 weeks, as long the residents inform us beforehand and remember to not ts as other residents
Asking Hiatus/Unverification/Change username/Change face claim is only allowed after 5 days after joining
Allow new account which minimal has 100 tweets and 25 followings
NSFW hours is at 1AM KST-7AM KST

(attach your HD picture which is not fantaken/selca)“
After you got putted on GDM Info, you’re mandatory to follow all the accounts in our GDM list and interact with them.
